Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?
You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. If you currently have an account already, you will earn points from this point on. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can start receiving points!
What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts and earnings?
Contact our customer service by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be happy to assist you with merging your accounts.
Why didn’t I earn points on my purchase?
Double-check if you were signed into your rewards account and didn’t accidentally check out as a guest. You must be logged in when making purchases to earn points. If you have done this in error, contact us at email@example.com and our team will help apply your points to your account. You also won’t receive points if you return your purchase, or if your purchase is canceled for any reason. Please note that any points you earn on a purchase and you later return, will be deducted from your point balance.
I made a purchase, when will I see my points?
Your points will be in your account once the order is fulfilled and shipped. If the order is canceled for any reason, your points will not be added to your account.
How do I redeem my points?
Simply log into your account and view all of our great rewards options that you are qualified for.
I’ve earned points with my last purchase, but now I want to return my purchased items. What will happen to my reward points?
If you have earned points from your last purchase and wish to return the purchased items, your earned points will be deducted from the account. Your points should reflect the net spend of the order.
When do my rewards points expire?
Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program i.e., redeeming points, placing an order for a period of 12 months, etc.
How do I redeem points for hemming alteration service?
Make sure to sign into your account to see if you are eligible to redeem points for alteration service. Add to cart the item that you would like to get altered and redeem the 500 points for “Alteration Service” with your purchase. Each alteration service redemption is only for one item. Once you have completed your order, our customer service team will reach out to review the request and advise on next steps.
Please note, some items may not be recommended to be hemmed as it can change the fit or style intention. If the item is not able to be altered, our team will issue back the points to your account. Once item is altered, item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can I opt-out of the rewards program?
Yes! Please email our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will remove you from the program.
