Citizens of Humanity has partnered with a collective of female creatives to design a t-shirt collection in support of Girls Inc. of Greater Los Angeles, whose interactive programming provides girls from under-resourced communities with the tools, resources and support to be STRONG, SMART & BOLD. Each of the creatives applied their original artwork to our unisex t-shirt in an effort to visually express and inspire others to empower the next generation of women. Beginning July 29th, these limited edition tees will be available exclusively on citizensofhumanity.com with 100% of the retail price of every tee sold from the collection donated to Girls Inc. of Greater Los Angeles.
Nyakio Grieco is the Co-Founder of skincare line, Nyakio, as well as Thirteen Lune, an online destination celebrating Black and POC-owned beauty brands. She is joined by her fifteen-year-old daughter Lulu Grieco, a talented illustrator, to design a limited edition t-shirt featuring Girls Inc. of Greater Los Angeles’ mantra: “STRONG, SMART, & BOLD.” Lulu’s illustration is meant to honor the strength, resilience, and determination of these inspiring young women.
