Why should I be a registered user at Citizens of Humanity?
By becoming a registered user at Citizens of Humanity, you will have access to check on the status of your order, as well as create your own profile. This will allow you to store your friends' and family's addresses for a quick and easy checkout when sending them a gift.
Why do I have to provide my e-mail address and phone number?
If for any reason we find something suspicious regarding your order, our customer representative will contact you to verify your information.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Your credit card will be charged once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email confirming your order and another one when your item has been shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Just select the country where you will be shipping your order from the dropdown in the top right corner on desktop. If you’re on a mobile device, click the three lines in the top left hand corner to show the menu and then select your country from the list at the bottom of the menu. Once you’ve selected a country, our website will update to show prices in the chosen currency. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and any additional shipping, duties, taxes and other fees.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
When will my item be shipped?
Citizens of Humanity are made 100% in Los Angeles ensuring the best quality in our products. With this in mind we can confirm that our shipping times can vary, but we are working to get your parcel to you as soon as possible. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday between 9:00AM - 5:00PM GMT. Orders that are are placed Sunday through Wednesday will take 3 to 4 business days. For orders placed Thursday through Saturday, please allow an additional business for processing and delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched from our distribution center in UK for next day delivery.
How do I track my order?
To check on the status of your order please log into your account. Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking information.
